With the advent of small drone aerial imaging, aerial images are now available to everyone.  High impact images taken from a perspective that was once very costly and only available to upper end properties and those with deep pockets is now available to everyone.  One or two good aerial images can let the viewer see the whole property and can draw the viewer in and prompt them to want to see more of the property.  Serving Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs and surrounding central North Carolina communities.

Aerial images are also a great tool to help you land that next big listing.  Let your clients know that your photographer holds a FAA UAS commercial drone license and is also NC DOT approved to fly a drone for commercial use in NC.  I am also a FAA licensed private pilot and hold a single engine land certificate with complex single engine land endorsement.
